Refund Policy
At The Apostille, we are committed to providing reliable and timely document apostille, authentication, notarization, translation, and related document processing services. Due to the nature of our services, which may involve coordination with government authorities, authorized agencies, couriers, and other service providers, we maintain the following refund policy.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be initiated within 12 hours of placing the order or before processing of the service has begun, whichever occurs first.
Once processing has started, including submission of documents to the concerned authority, authorized agency, or courier pickup, a refund may not be available.
Any applicable government fees, third-party charges, courier charges, processing charges, or other costs already incurred on your behalf may be non-refundable.
No Return Policy
Apostille, authentication, notarization, translation, and related document processing services are one-time, non-returnable services.
Once a completed or processed document has been delivered to the customer, returns are not applicable.
Refunds or cancellations after completion or delivery of the service are generally not permitted, except where required under applicable law or specifically approved by The Apostille.

Our team will review and verify the request. If the refund is approved, eligible refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method, subject to the processing time of the applicable payment gateway or financial institution.
Important Note
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of service purchased and the stage at which processing has reached. Any service-specific refund or cancellation terms communicated at the time of purchase will also apply.
The Apostille reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law and the terms applicable to the service purchased.
